The Process
We start with an in-person coffee meetup right here in Issaquah. I get to know your goals, your schedule, and what's realistic for your life. Your entire program gets built from that conversation.
Every week you get a new personalized training and nutrition plan. Your 8-week program uses progressive overload — same structure each week with increasing challenge so you actually see results. You see one week at a time so it never feels overwhelming.
Five days a week, I check in with you on WhatsApp to see what's working, what's not, and keep you moving forward. Plus a formal weekly check-in to evaluate your progress and adapt your plan if needed. You're not doing this alone.

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I'm currently finishing my Women's Fitness Specialist certification. I coach group fitness at F45, and I started Solstice Fitness and Health because I believe fitness should fit your life, not the other way around.
